Risky business

This is a report about the Lundin Group's involvement in the Tenke Eungurume Mining project in the DRC.

In early 2009, mining began in one of the world’s largest known copper and cobalt reserves located at the Tenke and Fungurume villages in the DR Congo. Swedwatch wrote this repoert since the capital had an important stake in this project, directly through the second largest shareholder of the project, Lundin Mining, and indirectly via Swedish pension funds.
